Sealed and unopened only
For hygiene and authenticity, returns are accepted only on bottles that are still sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging. Once a bottle is sprayed, it cannot be returned.

How it works
Message us on Instagram with your order code. We'll coordinate the Vanex pickup — you hand the sealed perfume to the courier, and you cover the return delivery fee. Once the bottle arrives and is verified, we refund the product price in full.

What cannot be returned
- Opened or used bottles
- Samples (3ml, 5ml)
- Gift sets once the outer seal is broken
- Items returned after the 7-day window
