Product descriptions
Fragrance is subjective. We describe notes, families, and impressions as accurately as we can, but scent is personal — how a perfume performs on you may differ from our notes or photography.
Pricing
Prices are in Libyan Dinar (LYD). We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Obvious pricing mistakes may be corrected and the order cancelled.
Order acceptance
We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we refund the full amount.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery or bank transfer. For bank transfers we ask for a screenshot of your transfer before dispatching your order.
Intellectual property
The Shama name, logo, images, and content are ours. Please don't copy, resell, or re-brand them without permission.
Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care, but we're not liable for indirect losses caused by delivery delays, third-party courier issues, or allergic reactions — please patch-test any new fragrance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Libya. Any dispute will be resolved in the Libyan courts.
