Delivered across Libya

We currently ship within Libya only. Every city and sub-city served by Vanex is available at checkout.

Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Your exact estimate is shown at checkout based on your address, and confirmed once Vanex picks up the package.

Shipping cost depends on your sub-city and is calculated by Vanex in real time during checkout — no hidden fees, no surprise charges on delivery.

You can pay in one of two ways:

• Cash on Delivery — pay the full amount (products + delivery) to the courier when your order arrives.
• Bank Transfer — transfer the product price to our account in advance, then pay only the delivery fee on arrival.

Each order moves through a transparent 6-stage flow: Pending, Confirmed, Processing, Shipped, Delivered, Accepted. Track any order at any time using your order code on the Track Order page.

Message us on Instagram and we'll look into it right away. If the bottle arrived damaged or doesn't match your order, we'll make it right.
